  • What does the activity include?:

    Our guided mountain bike tours include high-end rigid mountain bike, helmet, gloves and water bottle as a gift. Also included in the price are coffee and toast stop, accident and liability insurance and photos taken during the route.

  • What to bring?:

    Comfortable clothes for cycling, sun protection (sunscreen and sunglasses), and it is very important to bring documentation (ID card or passport).

  • Is it necessary to bring water?:

    It is not necessary since we provide each participant with a water bottle that you can keep as a souvenir.

  • What does lunch include?:

    Lunch, included in the price of the excursion, consists of a coffee and toast that we take in a cafeteria or bar in one of the villages that we will find along our route.

  • Can I bring my bicycle for the tour?:

    We advise you to use our bicycles to do the route, as we have them checked and always ready to avoid any possible risk of breakdown.
    If you still prefer to ride with your bike, there would be no problem. But the price of the excursion will be the same as if you use one of our bikes.

  • What type of pedals do the bikes have?:

    All our bikes are equipped with normal platform pedals. We have Shimano SPD pedals, in case you have brought your bike shoes with cleats and you want us to put them on your bike.
    If you have other type of pedals and you want to bring them to put them on our bike the day of the route there would be no problem.

  • When can I take this tour?:

    These excursions can be done throughout the year. We are located in an area with a privileged climate so we can ride all year round. Although the meeting time will vary depending on the time of the year.

  • How many people will be in the tour group?:

    These excursions are private, that is to say, in general the number of people will be the number of your group. After many years of experience we have decided that the best way to ensure a comfortable, safe and fun experience is not to mix different groups unless we are absolutely sure that they are of the same technical level.

  • Can I do the activity if I go alone?:

    Of course! We do our guided mountain bike tours even for one person. Although being only for one participant you have to pay a supplement of 15€ for the price of the activity.

  • What time does the activity start?:

    Our excursions are always in the morning. The meeting time of the excursion will vary depending on the time of the year. In summer it is usually at 8:00 to avoid the hottest hours. While the rest of the year it is usually between 9:00 and 10:00.

  • Where do I have to go?:

    Our meeting point is our store in the Tropicana Shopping Center in Denia. If the starting point of the route is different, we will travel there in our van or we will meet directly at the new location. We will specify this option at the time of booking.

  • Can I park at the meeting point?:

    Yes, in the Tropicana Shopping Center there is usually plenty of parking space. If not, especially during the summer months, you have the parking lot of the Marina of Denia at 2 minutes walking distance.

  • Are there lockers or somewhere to leave my things during the activity?:

    Yes, we have lockers in our facilities where you can leave your personal belongings for the duration of the activity.

  • Are there toilets or changing rooms at the meeting point?:

    Yes, in our facilities we also have toilets and changing rooms where you can change.

  • How long does the activity last?:

    All our guided mountain bike tours last between 3 and 4 hours depending on the pace of the group. This time also includes a stop for coffee and toast.

  • What is the minimum age for this activity?:

    The minimum age to participate in our mountain bike tours is 14 years old, as we do not have bike sizes for children.

  • What are the requirements for the excursion?:

    Have a minimum of physical condition. There must always be at least one adult in your group. If you weigh more than 100 kg, it is advisable to inform us at the time of booking.
    This activity is not recommended for people with back, hip or knee problems, as the posture on the bike and the pedaling movement may increase any of these ailments.

  • Is previous experience necessary for the excursion?:

    No previous mountain biking experience is necessary. We always adapt the level of the excursion to the group, but it is essential to have some fluency riding a bike.

  • What happens if there is bad weather on the day of the excursion?:

    If we have to cancel our activity due to weather conditions we give you the option to look for another date or if you prefer we will refund the full amount you have previously paid.

  • Can I rent a bicycle for free?:

    No, we do not rent equipment on our own. For safety reasons we consider essential to be accompanied by our professional and qualified guides.
