Sea kayak expedition - two days and one night

Do you want to live a real sea kayaking adventure?

Come and sign up for our two-day sea kayaking trip. We will disconnect from the social media and from the stress and routine of everyday life to immerse ourselves in nature, padling along the cliffs of the most beautiful piece of the Spanish Mediterranean coast. There are two days of continuous route, but without haste in which we will visit and stop at paradisiacal beaches, sea caves and islands to rest, eat, snorkel or take a swim and also to spend the night.

It is the best plan to get to know the Alicante coast in a different and in-depth way. Accompanied by our expert and qualified guides, you don’t have to worry about anything. We take care of everything, just get ready to enjoy a unique experience in the middle of nature.

Route plan: 2 days of continuous route spending a single night on one of the beaches or islands of the itinerary using the expedition format (with sleeping bag and mat). Our guides take care of all the logistics of food and material.

  • Low difficulty: It is a route of an easy level. However, the environment may present more demanding moments due to weather conditions. If it is the first time you are going to use a sea kayak, we recommend you take our initiation course to learn the basic techniques of paddling and propulsion and especially assisted rescues and self-rescues. Although we will always review the basic notions of safety at the beginning of the expedition.
  • Minimum group of 2 people and maximum of 8.
  • Physical condition: A normal physical condition is required to carry out this trip and desire to make a route in a natural environment.
  • Minimum age: 16 years old. All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • It is mandatory to know how to swim.
  • The group will be confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants. The final confirmation of the route will be made 30 days before departure.
  • If the weather conditions are not suitable on the scheduled date, we will look for another date or if not, the total amount paid by the participants will be refunded. This can only be known for sure 2 or 3 days before the start of the crossing.

MATERIAL:

  • We use sea kayaks, touring (closed) for our guided tours of several days. This type of kayak is suitable for multi-day trips, more efficient, designed for multi-hour navigation and with all safety elements included (integrated watertight compartments, lifeline, resistant materials).
  • Comfortable and sea kayak-specific flotation vests.
  • Bathtub covers.
  • Specific paddles for sea kayak crossing, with asymmetrical, light and efficient spoons.
  • Neoprene depending on the time of year

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Padling clothes.
  • Dry clothes.
  • Sack and mat.
  • Sun protection elements (hat/cap, sunglasses with drawstring so as not to lose the glasses and sun protection).
  • Personal hygiene items that are not aggressive to the environment.
  • Snacks to snack on between meals (bars, nuts, biscuits,…)
  • Documentation: ID card or passport (copy also valid)

COMMON TASKS: We are a team! And this adventure, that of sailing for 2 days in a kayak, has a spirit of collaboration and teamwork, where we value above all good humor, good atmosphere and tolerance towards colleagues.

The guide will direct all the common tasks such as preparing the food and setting up the “overnight” camp, always with the collaboration of all the members of the group.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

  • Certified sea kayak guide
  • Material: sea kayak, vest, paddle, cockpit cover, 2 15l waterproof bags, mask and snorkel tube (although if you have yours it is always better).
  • Food: Daily meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Water
  • Collective material: kitchen equipment.
  • Insurance: compulsory civil liability and accidents during the activity.
  • Transfer on the last day from the end point of the route to Dénia.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:

  • Night/s in accommodation.
  • Meals: breakfast on the first day and dinner on the last day, as well as snacks between meals.
  • Eating utensils (cutlery, plate/bowl and cup/glass).
  • Any case not specified in the ‘Includes’ section.

PRICE: 350€ per person

BOOKINGS: To formalize the reservation it is necessary to make a payment of 30% of the total price of the route per person. The rest of the payment will be made 30 days before the start of the route. This payment can be made online.

MEETING POINT: It will be in our shop in Dénia (Carrer del Atlas, C.C. TROPICANA, Local 7) early on day 1 of the tour. From there we will load and leave from the beach of Marineta, which is right next door. It is convenient to be already in Dénia the night before to be able to meet and prepare all the necessary material for each of the participants.
